An auction item I listed on eBay had a non paying buyer. After no payment or communication from the auction winner, I canceled and relisted it, but I only see the old original listing with the non-paying winner’s name. The newly relisted item sold and was paid for yesterday, but I can’t figure out how to import it into GarageSale so it shows up with my other sold items. I only see the old listing from the non-paying person. I was able to find the newly relisted item’s ordering info in GarageSale, and was able to message the buyer and give them feedback with GarageSale, but I still can’t see the relisted item in my folder of items I listed for this time period. Is there a way I can import the canceled/relisted/ended/and paid for auction item??? Thanks for any help you can offer.
You relisted this item through the eBay website, did I get this correctly?
If so, it should be possible to import the listing from eBay. Just use the “Import from eBay” feature for that:
