All of sudden lost the ability to place card condition details, both the drop down for ungraded and graded
What version of GarageSale are you using?
If you open the GarageSale Settings > Accounts does it say “upgrade needed”?
Using version 10 and no new updates are required
Can you let me know what eBay site you are using and what category exactly you have selected in your listing?
eBay US, Sports Mem / Sports trading Cards / Trading Cards Singles
Did I accidentally remove the the option? I am trying to see if there is a way to repack that availability
I get the error missing Professional Grader (27501) is a required field
Grade (27502) is a required field
I just tried this category here but get the Condition & Condition Type options as usual.
You probably just need to update the eBay category data manually:
Select one of the listings in question and open the category browser. In that browser click on the sprocket icon to update the category data.
That fixed it. Thank you!
