Something broke today and refreshing my browser nor longer clears this notice. I changed my browser to Chrome and it made no difference. Is there a fix for this. LIVE mode no longer works so GS is severely limited for me.
Try using a VPN. Looks like perhaps eBay doesn’t like the IP you’re coming from. If you don’t have a VPN, reboot your network gear [modem/router] so your ISP gives you a new IP address.
I see that when using Safari on my ipad … but it goes away quickly. I use Chrome on my iMac and have not seen it.

After GS locks up with this message, usually 20 - 25 listing checks, I get the message for a split second on Safari but once it clears it doesn’t show up until GS locks the next day. Chrome never shows the notice and even if I set Chrome as the default browser GS stays locked up and doesn’t use Chrome to access ebay.
UPDATE>>>> Some time over the next 24 hours eBay resets the block and allows GS to access ebay website without the notice. I have been varying different time between clicks and that seems to confuse the blocker and allow me access for a longer time until the block kicks in.
