Closing Multiple Groups (Folders)

I have many groups and sub-groups and when doing a search many open and stay open. Is there a command where I can close all groups with one keystroke?

The basic Mac user interface rules work: option-click on the disclosure triangle to close the entire tree within it, or open all sub-folders.

Also the standard keyboard commands work: If you have an item selected in an open subfolder/group, left arrow will take you to the head of that group, and another left arrow will close it. If you’ve selected a root, right-arrow will open it (but not its subgroups).

(these work the same way in the Finder and other hieararchical views)

Thank you, that is a great help.

Option Left/Right Arrow will do exactly want you want.
