Hello,
I hope this thread finds everyone well. I am using GarageSale version 9.9.2 (1715) and I am currently unable to update to the latest version just launched as the site crashes shortly after logging in. A few days ago, I was unable to list shoes on eBay because of “item condition” which was unavailable for me to select. I tried to refresh token for both of my stores but was unsuccessful. I left it for the night thinking it would get fixed overnight. I tried to list yesterday and I was prompted to log in with password every attempt to sign in which I usually do not have to do. I would get signed in only to see that item condition was still not an option in the shoes category, and then garagesale crashed after less than minute. This continued to happen after every attempted log in. I am still having the same issue this morning.
During one of my 30 second logins, I was able to access my preferences before it crashed again and I noticed that my tokens were now refreshed but both of my stores now shared the same store name instead of two different names.
This is a loaded one! I cannot stay signed in to update version nor to list, I am unable to list due to missing item condition for shoes (which I see is an issue with cds and media as well) and when I refreshed my tokens, it seemingly named both my stores the same name.
I would love some feedback and or help!
Thank you in advance!

The very first thing you might want to try is to download a fresh copy of GarageSale 9.9.2 from the GarageSale website here:
Just to make sure that everything is fine with your downloaded copy.
If this does not help, please get in touch.
Fresh copy of GarageSale 9.9.2 did not work. Application still crashes. Item condition is still not supported/available. Same issues as stated yesterday.
What you could try next for test purposes is this:
Start GarageSale and (before it crashes) try to open the GarageSale preferences > Orders. There click on the “Update Orders and Listings” menu and select “Never”. Restart GarageSale.
If it still crashes do this:
Try to open the GarageSale preferences > Accounts and quickly remove your eBay accounts from the list of accounts.
If this still won’t make a difference there might be an issue with your GarageSale database, unfortunately.
You then probably need to send us the crash logs and your Crash ID so we can investigate further. You can copy your Crash ID in the “About GarageSale” window.
Thank you.
“Update Orders and Listings” menu and select “Never” did not work and kept crashing.
“GarageSale preferences > Accounts and quickly remove your eBay accounts from the list of accounts” seemed to have done the trick so far and garagesale is not crashing after launch.
Item condition for shoes and bags/accessories is still not supported so I cannot list shoes and bags and according to others, cds/dvds/media.
OK, next please re-add your main eBay account to the GarageSale preferences > Accounts.
Then restart GarageSale and check if it crashes again - or not.
If not, re-add all your other eBay accounts.
