Drag n drop from Photos?

Just started with GarageSale after many years with iSale. One reason for switching was that iSale no longer supported drag n drop of images directly from Photos.

But can I drag n drop directly from Photos into GarageSale? I cant seem to be able to! And I am not a fan of the funky media window, which is just an additional step I dont want to have to deal with.

Drag’n Drop from Photos only works in GarageSale’s editor mode currently.

Seems Apple’s Photos team is not talking to the team that’s working with their WebKit team that produces the component GarageSale’s preview is built on.

So I’ll take that as a ‘no’. Which is, at best, disappointing.

This difficulty, by the way, is compounded by fuzziness around moving images in GarageSale. It seems to lack precision, thus making it more important to get all the pics you’re going to use sorted out first time.

So, if there is anything you chaps can do do motivate access to drag n drop from Photos, it would be welcome.

Yes, you can drag’n drop photos from the Photos app to the image field in GarageSale’s Editor mode.

What Ilja was trying to tell you is that drag’n drop just does not work in Preview mode (webkit).

By the way, you can re-arrange images in Editor mode, too.
