Duplicate listing and different listing title is selected for editing

SOMETIMES after command-shift-D to duplicate a listing, a different listing title is selected for editing…

I can’t quite figure out when this happens, or which listing is going to be selected…

Always the item directly above the blue selected listing is the one that was duplicated with command-shift-D.

This just started with 9.0
