I can’t seem to get the Charity option to work in 8.3.6. I deleted the Charity folder in GS Library folder and tried to Update Charities but it doesn’t seem to do anything and I have no list to choose from.
I tried it here with GarageSale 8.4beta and eBay USA but it worked flawlessly. Maybe it’s an issue with your eBay access token. It’s worth a try refreshing it in the GarageSale preferences > Accounts.
If done, select one of the listings in question and open the category browser. In that browser click on the sprocket icon to update the category data. Next, try to load the charity list once again.

The beta did the trick! Everything is downloading as it should.
