Ebay Token disappeared and I cannot renew it

Hi,

today my eBay Token disappeared in GarageSale but also in GarageBuy. I tried to renew them but it doesn’t work. After I agreed on eBay to give permission to GarageSale I go back to it but I receive this error message: Fehler bei Schlüsselbund-Zugriff: Die Autorisierung oder Authentifizierung ist fehlgeschlagen.

What can I do?
