Ebay's 2014 Holiday Returns till Jan 31, 2015

ebay’s new 2014 holiday return policy will let buyers who purchase eligible items between Nov 1st and Dec 31st have until Jan 31, 2015 for returns. This will allow sellers who are top rated to keep their top rated status and get final fee discounts. Per ebay we can start offering the new return policy as of Sept 3rd. Is this return policy going to available within garage sale or will it be something we need to edit once we have uploaded auctions to ebay?
