We are getting the code 21919303. How do we fix this?

Is there a “part number” field in the specifics panel? If not, can you export the listing and post it here?

Thanks, but the actual listing would be more helpful. Please choose “File” menu > “Export Listings”. You can also send the exported listing as a private message to me (click on my Avatar icon).

Seems like you haven’t filled in the specifics panel. Please not the Manufacturer Part Number field:
