Hi i wonder if anyone can help.
When trying to list i now keep getting an error message 21919153 saying the ebay server is saying that a payment policy is required. Some listings will go through and some will not and i can’t see what the problem is as i do have a payment policy?
the same thing is happening to me as well… mine also says shipping policy or return policy issues as well… if i try to upload them 1 at a time it usually goes through ugg 
I had a little trouble and noticed if I had any profile selected it would give me trouble. Check for a shipping profile, payment profile or return profile. I used NO profiles and things started to work.
