Error on updating to GS 8

The download goes to 100% then i get a message, “An error occurred while mounting the update. Please try again later.” I have tried now for days to upgrade, still the same error. Trying to upgrade from GS7 to GS 8. Running on Big Sur 11.4, any solutions?

Your version of GarageSale 7 is too old.
Please download GarageSale 7.0.21 first. You can download it from here:
https://downloads.iwascoding.com/downloads/GarageSale_7.0.21.dmg

Install and start this version, then use the update mechanism once again to upgrdae to GarageSale 8.
