Having just discovered the menu option “Ship with Endicia” - this feature is amazing, as I used to be able to use Endicia’s Web Stores feature to use the eBay API to feed orders into the shipping software. They removed this feature last summer.
My requests: Can either an optional icon be put on the toolbar to access this feature, or a keyboard shortcut be made to use this feature?
Can the Buyer Phone field be automatically put into Endicia’s Phone field?
Can the Seller Order ID be put into the Reference Number field instead of the eBay listing number? Or give the option to do that, for folks who are used to using the eBay listing number. If one sells multiple quantities of the same item, the listing number is not very useful when having to search Endicia logs, so I always have the Order ID number added to the Reference Number field [it’s formatted like 78-44909-90343]
In the Feature Request list - I mentioned being able to auto fill To Phone: with the Buyer Phone field and have the option of the Reference Number auto filling the Seller Order ID instead of the eBay listing ID. I also have discovered a bug: GS field Shipping Service is not sent to Endicia properly. So Endicia always changes the Class to Ground Advantage. Items I ship normally go Media Mail, but also Ground Advantage and Priority Mail. Endicia is setup to default to the last used Class, which is almost always Media Mail, but when I use the GS “Ship With Endicia…” option, GS changes the Class to Ground Advantage.
