FIXED - Updating Listings Error - Image Server

Tried to reprice some items on eBay from within GarageSale using the “revise selected properties only” setting and only checking the update Price.

The update fails under GS 9.9.5 with the following message:

“Image Upload failed”

“A network error occurred while trying to connect to eBay’s image server.”

Very strange error considering wasn’t asking to upload any photos. Plus the prices did not change.

I also asked the program to Update All Listings to reflect items that had sold since last used the program. However, nothing happens. Items that are sold still remain outlined in light blue or dark gray.

FIXED: The eBay Token was marked invalid and just needed to be updated.

I am getting same error 4/26, my token is good until 8/5/2027. I tried to refresh and got this message:

An error occurred while processing your request.

Also, just got this error message today 4/26/2026. Trying to upload listings get “A network error occurred while trying to connect to eBay’s image server.” Tried to refresh unexpired token and get spinning ball with “Loading eBay website” message. 9.9.5.

Apparently, a temporary eBay issue and is now working properly again.

I think that was a temporary issue with the eBay system, and it looks like they’ve already fixed it. Can you please give it another try now?
