See attached screenshot. For some reason I can’t change item condition, says “Not supported”. When the listing was created, the condition was set to “New”. Any idea why it can’t be changed after posting? Revise whole listing fails saying that the condition is missing.
The condition value is part of eBay’s category data. Please try to refresh that data manually.
Please give this a try:
Open the GarageSale preferences > Accounts. Click on “Refresh Token” to refresh your eBay access token.
If done, select one of the listings in question and open the category browser. In that browser click on the big sprocket icon to update the category data.
