Dear iWascoding Team!
I had 2 accounts logged in GarageBuy. There were issues when i tried to change the Default to the other account. So I deleted the default one. Then garagebuy crashed and does not open anymore. Even after deleting all related files (appcleaner) and reinstalling.
I can send problemreport if needed.
It’s worth a try to open the “Keychain Access” application, perform a search for “GarageBuy Account” and remove both(?) entries.
Try to start GarageBuy afterwards. If it starts up fine again you probably have to add/refresh your eBay account in the preferences.
Thank you Kristian, when I right-click the 3 files and click delete items, it doesn’t do anything.
Still could not get it working.
Have you been able to remove the mentioned entries from Keychain Access?
No, it just does not do anything after i click delete…
That’s odd. Do you maybe get a system prompt where you have to click agree first?
Could you post a screenshot so we can see where exactly you are clicking?
Taking screenshots is done easily:
Press Command-Shift-4 on your keyboard simultaneously, then select an area with the cursor. It will be saved as an image file on your desktop.
Try to select the “System” keychain instead if the “iCloud” Keychain.
Also, only delete entries of type “GarageBuy Account”.
It makes no difference. The files aren’t deleted.
So when I tried login, it was deleted!
But the moment where i tried to install Garagebuy again it immediately crashed like before with the same error.
I’ll try to delete and wait for a bit (maybe a icloud sync issue).
Wenn ich die 3 Accounts lösche, und GB öffne, dann tauch das GB Fenster für eine ganz kleinen Augenblick auf und schliesst dann wieder mit der Fehlermeldung. Und die 3 Accounts sind wieder in der Keychain.
There is a new version of GarageBuy available from the App Store. Can you please update and see if it fixes the issue you have?
