Can you tell me if this is the problem I was having where the store category URLs were broken for my Pro templates?

Exactly, for some users the links to their store were broken. This is hopefully fixed in this version.

I assume I will have to revise all my auctions then after updating for the changes to take place?

Yep, but try it out with a single listing first. We’ve tried (again) to reverse-engineer eBay’s algorithm for generating store category URL, and we might still be off in some cases.
