GS Beta 38 did not offer the beta 41 version to me, i needed to download beta 41 manually. Not a big thing, I know, but odd that beta 38 told me that beta 38 is the most recent version…

I have been having the same issue with all the betas I’ve downloaded so far.

Just a small issue, I think. The indent and outdent buttons don’t seem to be working for me. I’ve tried using them on three or four different auctions and clicking on them has no apparent effect.

Could you describe this more specific or post a screenshot?

Regards, Kristian

The smart group “Ready to ship” has stopped working for me, i.e have new orders and the cart icon is badged (and they appear below in orders) but the smart folder is empty.

I had this with beta 39 but updating to 40 fixed it, now with 41 it is back.

I have the same problem!! Also for “not paid items”.

If you tick the “Paid” checkbox for your order manually, does the smart group update correctly?

Uhm… it doesn’t  . At this moment I have this situation:

  1. “ready to ship” is 0, but I have 1 paid item (status-complete, paid-yes and shipped-no)

  2. “not paid items” are 2 but I actually have 3 not paid (status-complete, paid-no and shipped-no). If I mark as paid, it doesn’t change, If I unmark it again, still doesn’t change…

P.S. I noticed that the one paid (it was marked as paid automatically) is not in “ready to ship”. If I unmark it and then mark again, now it works.

From the other 3 not paid, 1 works correctly if manually marked as paid, other 2 don’t…

Kristian, difficult to say more than I’ve said. In a couple of my auctions I wanted to indent text because it was a quotation. Having typed in the quote as a paragraph, I highlighted it and then clicked on the Indent button. Nothing happened. After that I tried clicking the Indent button before entering text but still nothing happened. That’s about as much as I do to describe what (didn’t) happen. Does it make sense?

Hi attima,

sorry, I didn’t get it that you’re referring to the buttons in the format toolbar.
The indent button is for lists only and only works there!

Regards, Kristian

It is definitely due to the orders not being recognised as paid despite the “Items paid” box being ticked as all mine are in the “waiting for payment” smart folder.

Un-ticking and re-ticking the “Items paid” box moves them to the “Ready to Ship” smart folder.

The payments are there on PayPal and with the “Item’s Paid” box ticked the smart folders should be populated correctly looking at definitions (when you double click on them).

Okay, Kristian, thanks for clarifying that. At some point it would be great to have the option to indent plain text (i.e. not just lists) as well.
