GarageSale 7 Bug - Double Quotes on The Title

I notice that Garage Sale 7 Beta 17+ doesn’t like Quotes (“blah blah”) on the title.

It’s making the title disappear.

One has to remove the quotes from the Title at the Description area to make the issue go away.

Adding double “single quotes” is cheat I use to make it look like double quotes and make a phrase stand out.
