GarageSale 9 is not seeing the database

Hello. I had both GarageSale 8 and GarageSale 9 on my computer. (Both are the downloaded version, not from the App Store.)

Today I deleted GarageSale 8 and launched GarageSale 9—but it is not seeing any of my listing history (previous sales, templates, etc.). The GarageSale folder is intact at ~/Library/Application Support/GarageSale, and that folder has 174 MB of data.

I need to create new auctions based upon previous listings. How do I get GarageSale 9 to “see” my listing history?
