This is more likely to be a change in he behavior of MacOS 27 than it is GS, but I’d still call it a “bug” in the sense the behavior has changed in a way a user doesn’t like.
I’m running GS 10 beta 18, on MacOS 27 RC, and at the moment when GS has the Activity Window open, clicking on that window does not bring GS to the focus. This differs from (some earlier beta) and MacOS 26. Further, when I do switch to the app with command-tab, the Activity Window is still usually stuck in some other space or screen.
The desired previous behavior was:
- I see the Activity Window showing in a space I don’t want it
- I click it, and GS comes to the front
- I type Cmd-H to hide GS
Associated problem is that I can find no way to reattach the Activity Window to the app, once they’re split up on different screens, without manually hiding and then showing it in GS with the menu items.
If it helps, I’m using Stage Manager and multiple virtual desktop spaces, but one physical screen on a laptop.
