GS 7.0.16 (841) Keeps Crashing

Hi

As of this morning the above loads for about 60 seconds and then crashes. I have not updated the software and nothing new has been added to my Mac.

GarageSale 7.0.16 is a very old version. You should at least use GarageSale 7.0.21 which is the latest version of GS7.
You can still get that version by clicking on the grey “Download Older Versions” field here:

Maybe this already fixes the issue.
