Could not easily reproduce this issue. Does the text field update for you when you choosing a different template from the “Message Template” popup?
No, changing the message template choice does not change any of the fields. Clicking the ‘send’ icon dismisses the panel but does not open a message in mail client.
Which might not be surprising as I’ve just noticed that the buyer does not have an email address listed. Not seen that before!
