GS 9.5 Best way to backup

Im having an issue with GS Crashing all of a sudden.
Crash ID * abcd2bb84c0ba33709bc686b4da2ba7b

I tried to look in Library/Containers for com.iwascoding.garagesale file and I dont see it.
I think im pushing like 5000+ auction templates and really dont want to loose them.
There is a 9.7.5 update but im a little worried to go ahead and see if that fixes the problem without making a backup.

Updating to the most recent GarageSale version is the first thing you should always do.
Your GarageSale database shouldn’t be harmed at all by doing this.
