The GS on my father’s computer keeps crashing. GS 7.0.20 and OS 10.14.6. It crashes right after it opens up. What would be a good solution - other than paying for 8 right now.

Could you post the crash report file here (or send it to our support)? You should find the crash report file in your user Library* here:
~/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports
*Please note: The User Library is hidden by default. To access it click the Finder’s “Go” menu and press the option (alt) and shift key to make the User Library show up in the menu. Selecting it will open it in the Finder.

I was able to locate your complete crash report in our crash database from the snippet you posted.
It seems GarageSale is crashing when it disconnects from your custom image server via FTPS.
You should be able to start GarageSale when your Mac is completely disconnected from the internet. If feasible for you, I suggest you delete your custom image server from the preferences, as something about the server is causing a system library to crash. The crash is outside of GarageSale’s code, so it’s hard for us to come up with fix.
