Running the latest version but when GS opened the ‘generate preview’ is loading but nothing happens, closed / rebooted & still remains the same

if you click on the “Start” button during this state, do you get any error messages?

Not getting that far, just hit an existing listing to ‘duplicate’ & stuck in the ‘generating preview’ mode, been like this since this morning.
refreshed token & now working again
