GTC Image Service - Renewal

Hi
I have just renewed the GTC Image Service. I have two(2) Ebay accounts and use GarageSale for each. Do I have to purchase the Image Service for each? Or is the licence for multiple instances. I still have not received any notification of payment with the licence number or the transaction receipt. Is this normal?

Hi Greg,

I already answered your mail you sent to our support but got a “mail delivery failed” message in return.
Do you maybe have another email address that you can use to contact us?

However, to answer your question:
You don’t have to purchase the GTC image option for each account separately.

Thanks Kristian but I will need the #number to enter into the second account. I will repond to the email to keep it private. I am unsure as to why the registered email is bouncing and will look into that. Thank you
