I just renewed my annual GTC image option. Credit card went through fine, received a transaction/license via email but it gave an error when it said something about completing the subscription. I clicked through it too quickly to remember, but it was a short message.
Though I have the email confirmation, GTC images no longer work. I have the option of buying it (again), but that’s not a solution.
Is there anywhere to add the transaction ID?
If it helps, I’m using eBay Austria and paid in euro. I’d like to get this sorted ASAP as I can not start new listings without it.
