Hi I am using the most up to date version for my operating system and I was using the GTC image option. This expired on the 16th and I have tried to renew however an error has appeared anyone else finding the same ? I have contacted support but to no conclusion yet ? Thanks

that’s odd, could it be that you’re not using GarageSale 6.9.2 but an older version?
(Just select ‘About GarageSale’ from the ‘GarageSale’ menu in GarageSale.)
