How do I access Pictures Folder?

The topmost file in my Media Library is Photos. However, I have a lot of images in my Pictures folder which are not in Photos and I’d like to use these images in listings.

How do I access my Pictures folder?

You can drag & drop folders below the “Photos” entry in the media library.
