I have about 10 items in GS and two of them have the black/solid grey icon of ended listing – I checked at eBay and they are listed just fine = AND I have refreshed listings multiple times, I have quit and restarted GS – and I re-downloaded the two items and they came in an not even listed --= but they are there in eBay
What you can try is this:
- Refresh your eBay access token in the GarageSale preferences > Accounts.
- Select “Update All Listings” from GarageSale’s Listing menu.
If this won’t help, could it be that you relisted that listing through the eBay website (not from within GarageSale)?
Please compare the item ID shown in GarageSale (“Live” mode > “Status” Inspector) with the one on eBay. Do both have the same eBay item ID? If not, these are two different listings.
Another idea: In GarageSale search for the title and also check the trash. Maybe you have two versions of the listing somehow.
