Does anyone know if there is a method to permanently change the fonts in a template. Every time I cut and paste in new copy it always reverts to the font that is in the original template even though I have updated it to a new font. So after I paste in the copy I always have to go back in to choose the font plus size a color.
Have you tried ‘Cut and Paste with Style’? Or ‘Paste and Match Style’. I haven’t tried these in your circumstances but they work in just about every Mac program.
Thanks Steve. I never knew you could “paste with style”. I tried it and it got the color and the font correct but curiously not the type size. BUT at least that’s 2 out of 3 so does save me some time.
