I’m having a problem uploading images after switching all of my hosting over to a new server that has an SSL and is HTTPS compliant. I’ve gone in and configured my FTP settings using the GarageSale setup assistant, as you can see in the attached image. I have tested the settings, and they work fine.
However, when I go to list an item, I get a “Image Upload Failed” notification that says “unknown host.” I am unsure if I have a setting wrong or something, but I’m confused as to why the FTP test would work fine but I’m not able to start an upload. Any help would be appreciated.
I’m using version 7.0.13 on a Mac with OS 10.13.4
