Images not showing

I have over 70000 listings. And now none of the images are working. Getting only this. On new listings and listings that I have listed many times.

Please note that this error is returned and generated by the eBay server (not by GarageSale). It seems that at least one of your images is smaller than 500px.

Check this:

  1. Did you recently change your settings in the GarageSale preferences > eBay > eBay Images? If you have GarageSale Image Service selected there make sure it’s set to a large image size.

  2. If still no luck you could check the images in GarageSale’s Editor Mode. There, just right-click on an image and at the very bottom of the image context menu you’ll find the image size displayed. This should help you to find out if an image actually is too small.
