The image above should show only those auction type listings that ended without a sale but it is also showing some ‘Sold’ items. I was wondering if it is possible to force those sold items to correctly appear as ‘sold’? It seems to be an isolated incident so not too big a deal but there is a risk that those sold items could get re-listed by mistake.

As far as I know there is no way to force an item not to appear there. Sold items shouldn’t appear under the “Ended Listings without Bids or Sales” table at all.
What happens if you (for test purposes) export one of the items in question, delete the original in GarageSale (and empty the trash) and then re-import the exported listing? Does it still appear under the “Ended Listings without Bids or Sales” table then?
No change after Export/Import. Like I said, it seems to be a one-off. I have more auctions ending on Sunday so I will see if it happens again.
