Is there anyway to stop OSX transparenc

I am getting really peeved off with Sierra and it transparency in open programs… really annoying when you have cataracts…

as I scroll the green gradient does not… I think it is an OSX problem. but any way to force GS to have solid white & what ever Menus.?

any information would be appreciated.
