I have something stuck in the cart. All items are shipped and received. There are no flags on any items. I’ve “Updated All Listings”, closed the program and opened it again. It still shows as something in my cart? Please tell me I don’t have to uninstall GS or the like. Is there a library code, anything? My GS version is 9.9.4 (1730)
It seems that there is still one “unread” order hidden somewhere. Did you already check the ORDERS section (below ORDERS - SMART GROUPS) and the trash bin also?
An “unread” order is shown as a “dashed” cart icon.
(See the Icon Legend from GarageSale’s Help menu.)

I thought I had looked at the orders thoroughly, but obviously not well enough. No ‘dashed’ mark only an unread order.
