Listing Designs not shown on eBay (US)

When I apply a LISTING DESIGN to a listing, it looks OK on my MacBook. When I start and upload the listing to eBay (US), the design is not shown. Any recommendations or guidance?

Hi,

can you send me the eBay URL to that listing? Then I can have a look at it.

Thanks,
Paul

I think I see the issue. eBay shows a picture of the item with the Buy It Now, Add To Cart, etc. buttons to the right. When scrolling downwards, it shows sponsored SIMILAR ITEMS, then sponsored RELATED ITEMS, THEN it starts with the ABOUT THIS ITEM where Seller is responsible for this listing. Way down there, it starts the “Item description from the seller”.
Down there I DO see the design that was applied to the listing. I wasn’t looking down far enough. I checked a couple more and it’s the same form my other listings.

So, in summary, eBay uses a picture from my posted listing and puts their BIN, Make Offer, etc. buttons beside it.
Then, they put in their sponsored advertising.
THEN they show what I ACTUALLY uploaded from GS with the design applied.

It’s like they took my listing, put in their advertising prior to showing what I actually uploaded with GS.

Does this make sense? Anyway to push my GS actual design up higher in the listing, beside the buttons? Or is this now the way eBay lists everything?

I had a look at your listing and for me everything looks fine.
Before showing the actual item description (including the listing design), it’s totally normal that eBay shows a section with “Similar Items” or “related items” first.

That’s how their website works. I doubt that there is any way to prevent this this from happening.

Thanks for looking into this for me.

This is why your title and your first picture has to say it all. And the pictures with as much detail that you can capture. Ebay wants buyers to buy using only the pictures only so they need to be the best you can do. “similar items and related items” searches are more important to ebay than your description so that is where your efforts need to be. Use the “condition” line to put special info in because it is right at the top.

Thanks rimartin, this makes perfect sense with what eBay is doing to my listings.
