Manually marking listings as sold

Is there a way to manually change a listing’s status from Active to Sold? In other words, turn the listing icon from blue to green.

My inventory is synched with another platform (HipStamp) but there is no active synch when an item is sold. This means that I have to manually find the item on GS and delist it.

Would be great to be able to change the icon from blue to green so that I can see that the item is sold.

Even better would be the ability to apply a different colour to the icon so that I can tell that the sale did not happen on eBay.

Any of this possible?

Thanks.

In my color scheme, Green (Go) is running, Blue(cold) is sold, Red(hot) is ended, Gold($) is a running listing with multiple items with a sale. If I end a listing GS assigns it as red. You could assume it was sold off eBay. You can make a color any you want in the Garage Sale preferences panel “listing Icons: Edit Colors”. You could use a “TAG” to show the sale didn’t occur on ebay

Very useful; thank you.

But what I want to do is manually change the colour on listings that are live on eBay but have been sold elsewhere.

Currently, all I can do is end the listing, which doesn’t explain the sold status, e.g. switch icon colours from blue (still available) to green (sold).

Consider the TAG options?

That’s a good suggestion.

The ideal solution would be the ability to change the colour of the status icon but this is a good halfway house.
