Monthly to Annual Subscription

A couple of days back I received GS messages that my monthly subscription was failing due to my credit card details being incorrect. This was not the case but I updated them anyway and switched to an annual subscription which succeeded. However, I am still receiving alerts saying that my monthly subscription has failed.

Check your bank’s website or your CC’s website. I am in the US, and GS is based in Europe, which often triggers a text message or push notice or e.mail to me making sure the international transaction is truly approved. There’s usually an alert or inbox section where one can approve or deny transactions that the bank or CC company deemed suspicious.
