Hoping for a fix as I just upgraded with the same old issue I have hitting the upload limit despite having 1 item listed for all 4 accounts.
Gettin old out of the gate again. Same issue for me last few versions.

It might help to renew the eBay token completely:
Remove your eBay account from the GarageSale preferences > Accounts, restart your Mac and then re-add your eBay account.

Long time no see Kristian. Encouraging developments trying this again. Appears to have reset my listing count.
Will post if I can use this account again or not…
Seems to have worked this time thanks. Tracking listing count normally as well.
