No shipping options under domestic shipping

I have tried all suggestions and simply cannot get GarageSale to display any options under domestic shipping. Please, help.

Where are you? Make sure you have YOUR LOCATION entered…

Really strange, I’ve never seen a problem like this before, where the “Add Services” button is grayed out.
What version of GarageSale are you using?

Some ideas:

Re-new your eBay account in the GarageSale preferences > Accounts
Update the eBay category data afterwards. (Select one of the listings in question and open the category browser. In that browser click on the sprocket icon to update the category data.)
Open the “Advanced” tab of the Inspector sidebar of your listing. What eBay Site is selected there? Also, open the Location option there and check the “Location” field.
