I have had 2 recent occasions where customers bought 3 items but there are 4 orders listed. The left panel may list their email or it may list their buyer account. These are the duplicates. Each item in the left column does have a different seller order ID. I don’t see this ID on eBay anywhere. I see record numbers. When this happens it throws off reporting because fees and shipping costs are duplicated.
Where are the ‘seller order ID’s’ coming from? Can GS check for duplicates by comparing buyer accounts and buyer emails.
I will send screen shots or documents if that helps. Kind of hard to explain what’s going on.
