As discussed before in topic ‘Problem - Over Selling Inventory resulting in negative qty’s’ and the follow up on this topic, I also face the issue of negative quantities.
The listing is ‘Good till cancelled’ and the ‘Automatic restart’ isn’t selected, so it can’t be caused by the option ‘Ignore Inventory Quantity’ as this not selected and greyed out.
What could cause this error?
