Paper doll Vintage Ebay Category Condition

I can’t list in the dolls and bears category, sub category paper dolls, it requires a condition and the box will not open in GS. Running 8.3.6. Thanks

It is actually happening to all listings in the dolls and bears, I am unable to choose/state condition, the box does not open. thanks

It seems that your eBay category data is out-dated and needs to be updated. The condition options are part of eBay’s category data.

Please give this a try:

  1. Open the GarageSale preferences > Accounts. Click on “Refresh Token” to refresh your eBay access token.
  2. If done, select one of the listings in question and open the category browser. In that browser click on the sprocket icon to update the category data.
