I had an image upload failure, renewed my token and the upload still failed. So I started the upgrade process to GS Pro 10 and the dialogue box is requesting a password from my keychain, but obviously I have no password in my keychain since you have to authorize the GS account from your end. Therefore, I am stuck (continuous pinwheel) in the middle of the installation cycle (showing the database has been imported successfully) with no way to enter a password to complete the upgrade! I should add that this problem is occurring on a 2nd computer, which uses the same license, while GS on primary computer is still operational. Please help!

most likely this password is the account password you use when logging into your Mac.
This password is used to allow GarageSale to access data in your Keychain (most likely the eBay security token).

Wow, the first password I tried was for Mac login, which failed, but after retrying several times, it worked. The install completed, and when listing items, images uploaded successfully. Paul, you must have magic words - thanks for the quick response.
