Please make sure you’re using the latest version of GarageSale 7, which is 7.0.21.
You can still download this version form the “Download Older Versions” section here:

(you have to scroll down a bit)

You shouldn’t use any older versions. If possible consider upgrading to GarageSale 8 which is the most recent version.

If you still get the same error in GS7, please tell us which IP you have while you are getting this error. Your IP address is shown here:

I’ve been getting this error intermittently for about a week, but now I am unable to list anything.

Using version 8.0.11

That’s a very old version.
Please update to GarageSale 8.3.6 which is the latest version. Just use the built-in update mechanism from within the “GarageSale” menu to get the latest update.

If you still get the same error even with 8.3.6, please let us know.
