Pixel size disappeared

Hi,

since the last update, the image size in pixel disappeared in the built-in editor. Please see image:

I don’t know what’s “imr”, for sure it’s not pixel. Is it possible to fix?

If you should still experiencing this issue withe 9.9.5 could you let us know what version of macOS you are using?
Also, is there anything special about your image?
Did you crop that image in Image Editor?

Hi Kristian,

all images have this issue, we don’t use GS editor. We just open images of little coins because auctions do not start if at least one image has a side less than 500 px (you should add something like a red warning over the image if one photo’s size is under ebay minimum limits… it would be a good new feature for 9.5).

Anyway, GS version 9.9.4 (1730) and macOS 14.2.1 (23C71). Let me know if there is anything else I can do.

Can you send us an original image file from before you import it into GS. Preferable send it as a zip file to prevent this forum software from messing with it.

I will send you privately right now one image, but this issue happens since the last update and occurs for any image.
