Problem refreshing Tokens

When refreshing tokens, I can log partly into ebay, but second screen where it asks "Verify your contact info:

Text

We’ll text you at 7xxxxxxx78* with a security code.

The get “Text” button does not work

Like it is stuck

So is the Email me button stuck as well

I presume the GS pop up window with this link has an error

PLease give me options
